How do we do this?…

COMMUNICATION

CUSTOMERS: We confirm shipment details, pick-up date/time, delivery date/time and daily updates while the shipment is in transit all the way through delivery.

DRIVERS: We communicate directly with the driver on your load to confirm Bill of Lading (Details!), shipment requirements, daily location updates, drivable hours remaining, and ETA to pick-up/delivery.
CONSIGNEES: We schedule delivery date/time and provide updates throughout transit and delivery.

Experience has taught us that timely and accurate information solves nearly all potential challenges. Quickly sharing information with all interested parties (Shippers, Drivers & Consignees) allows us each to perform at our best.
